Visiting Sorors
Visiting Sorors are welcome to connect with the Ellis County Alumnae Chapter for approved public programs, community service opportunities, and chapter-related information.
We appreciate your interest in the Ellis County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. To help introduce you to our chapter, here is some key information:- Our public service area includes communities throughout Ellis County, including Ennis, Midlothian, Oak Leaf, Ovilla, Red Oak, and Waxahachie.
- Our chapter meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Meetings start promptly at 9:30am.

Reactivation
Sorors interested in reactivating their membership are encouraged to contact the chapter for guidance regarding the appropriate next steps and available resources.
National Headquarters has created a toolkit to ensure all required steps are completed. Welcome Home Soror!
Prospective Members
As a newly chartered chapter, Ellis County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is not accepting applications for membership.
Individuals interested in learning more are encouraged to look for our Sorors at community events and get involved in activites that are open to the public. Events that are open to the public will be included on our website calendar.

Membership Verification
We warmly invite you to join us for an upcoming chapter meeting. To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that you complete the following steps:
- Please submit your membership verification no later than 72 hours before the chapter meeting.
- If you do not have your membership information available, our Chapter Financial Secretary will be happy to assist you.
- Once your membership has been verified, please complete the Membership Verification Form. After verification is confirmed, you will receive the appropriate meeting link and additional details needed to attend.
Collegiates
Collegiate Sorors, please contact the Chapter Financial Secretary for information on the process to join Ellis County Alumnae.

- Checks payable to Ellis County Alumnae Chapter or ECAC.
- Include your name as registered with National Headquarters and your membership number in the comment field. This will assist in our timely processing of your membership transfer.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your payment to be processed and cleared by the ECAC Finance team.
