Since joining T3 in 2025 as Vice President of Program Operations, Soror Williams has made a meaningful impact through her leadership, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to students, families, and the Tarrant County community. Her work has helped strengthen the organization, advance important initiatives, and position T3 for continued growth and success.

With an accomplished career spanning social work, education, and executive leadership, Soror Williams brings both experience and heart to every role she serves. Her ability to turn vision into action is a true reflection of excellence, service, and purpose.
